Daily reports on the results of Supervision: - chronology of events; - contractor's performance indicators; - comments and evaluation of the contractor's work; - accident statistics on the issues of OTBOS, absence of incidents; - plans for the next day.
Weekly reports include summary information accumulated over the week.
Monthly reports include summary information accumulated over the month based on daily and weekly reports
Upon completion of the supervision of each of the stages of marine field work, a report on supervision is submitted, containing:
- A list of personnel, a description of the functions of personnel and the timing of work; - Description and results of the supervision work during the period of work on the stage; - Generalized results of the contractor's work at the stage of offshore field work; - Analysis of the quality of the contractor's work; - Comments on the contractor's work; - Suggestions and recommendations for improving the quality of the contractor's work and improving their organization and efficiency.
