The SplitMultiSeis Source-2500HP energy storage device provides operation of electric spark and electrodynamic sources of various types, designed for an input energy of 300-2600J and a voltage of up to 4000V, used during geophysical surveys in water areas.

The principle of operation of the device

The operation of the device consists in the accumulation of energy on capacitors and subsequent rapid discharge through an electric spark or electrodynamic emitter of elastic vibrations during seismic surveys in water areas using the methods of APr, SVR, SSVR, SUVR and others.
