Offshore geophysical survey

1) High resolution seismic

Depth of investigation: up to 1000 m

Resolution: 2-4 m

Source: air gun

Receiver: seismic streamer 100-300 m, can operate with a deep tow system

Functions: Search and mapping of geological hazards (gas caps, faults, landslides, frozen rocks, etc.), analysis of density properties of rocks, determination of structural features of the section

2) Very high resolution seismic

Depth of investigation: up to 200 m

Resolution: 1-3 m

Functions: Search and mapping of geological hazards (gas caps, faults, landslides, frozen rocks, etc.), analysis of density properties of rocks

3) Ultra high resolution seismic (high/low frequency subbottom profiling)

Depth of investigation: up to 15 m

Resolution: 0,3-0,5 m

Functions: detailed study of the upper part of the section from 0 to 15 m, mapping of pipelines, search for damage to the lining of pipelines, search for gas leaks, detection and mapping of near-surface objects, detection of gas caps in the upper part of the section, mapping of landslide bodies

Parametric profiler allows to study the upper part of the bottom sediments to a depth of the first dozens of meters (under favorable geological conditions) in waters with water depth up to 400 meters. It is suitable for detailed study of bottom sediments and for mapping objects on the bottom.

4) Side-scan sonar

Equipment: Klein 3000, Benthos C3D,StarFish F450

Functions: mapping of geological objects and phenomena, detection of dangerous objects on the seabed, inspection of underwater parts of engineering structures

5) Multibeam echo-sounding survey

Multibeam echo sounders are used to perform measurement works on large areas with high detail and continuous coverage of the bottom of the survey.

Functions: Water depth measurement, search for objects on the bottom, search for gas bubbles in the water, study of underwater engineering structures
