2 October LLC SPLIT CEO Eugene Biryukov took part in Offshore Marintec Russia 2018 conference and exhibition in Saint Petersburg.

In the plenary session “Northern sea route – the basis for the comprehensive development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation” the ceremony of awarding the winners of the first prize in “Competition of scientific, scientific-technical and innovative developments aimed at the development and exploration of the Arctic and the continental shelf” was held. The Ministry of energy of the Russian Federation hosted the event.

LLC SPLIT was awarded for the “Concept of robotic underwater seismic exploration in the ice waters” project, being part of the team together with OCEANOS JAC, FCEI HE Saint Petersburg State Maritime University, REC “Oil and Gas complex of Moscow state University”.
